K & D Horseman’s Paradise Development (HPD) is now open in the beautiful Bankhead National Forest in Northern Alabama. Bankhead National Forest’s 179,000 acres offers miles and miles of horseback riding trails, canoeing, hiking, camping, plus the unique four wheeling and dirt bike trails. Here is a place for the family that has many interests.
Each lot has electric and water.
Most lots are one acre plus or minus in size and all the lot is usable land. HPD has a building covenant, so your investment will always be protected. You can build your own cabin, or we will build it for you.
The latest new developments:
- County Road 84 will be paved summer 2009 (no dust).
- Many new trails are opening where you can ride for days without riding the same trail.
